Bericht 2.Mannschaft gegen Eltetal Darter

Bereits am Dienstag hatte unsere 2.Mannschaft am 11. Spieltag die Eltetal Darter aus Oberellen zu Gast in der Tennishalle.
Mit 6 Spielern waren wir ganz gut aufgestellt und erhofften uns, gegen den Tabellenvierten möglicherweise wieder einmal zu punkten.
Unser Teamcaptain Enno wählte für heute die offensive Aufstellung,  d.h. die im Moment formstärksten Spieler an 1 und 2 usw.
Das dies eine gute Entscheidung war, zeigte sich bereits nach den ersten vier Einzeln,  denn wir konnten uns hier eine 3:1 Führung erspielen. Als wir bei den nächsten 4 Einzeln auch 3x als Gewinner vom Board ( und nicht von Bord 😉 ) gingen, stand eine 6:2 Führung vor den abschließenden Doppeln im Bericht.
Dies bedeutete, dass wir ein Unentschieden bereits sicher hatten und der Gewinn eines Doppels zum ersten Sieg in der B-Klasse ausreichen würde.
In der nun anstehenden Pause reichte unser wundervolles Thekenteam, Corinna+Björn, knackige Bockwürstchen mit gesundem Vollkorntoast. Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle und natürlich auch für die wie immer reibungslose Getränkeversorgung.
Auch die Doppel wurden in der Offensiv-Variante gespielt und diese war überaus erfolgreich. Meggs/Marius und Enno/Karsten hatten ihre Gegner sicher im Griff und gewannen 3:0 bzw. 3:1. Somit stand der erste Sieg fest. Burgi/Peter ließen sich auch nicht lumpen und steuerten im letzten Doppel den nächsten Punkt zum letztendlich verdienten 9:3 Heimsieg bei. Eine hervorragende Teamleistung, bei der Karsten mit seiner ersten 180 im Wettkampf dem Spiel das Sahnehäubchen aufsetzen.
Durch die erzielten 3 Punkte konnten wir erstmals die rote Laterne an Vacha IV abgeben,  da Gerstungen 3 in Vacha gewinnen konnte.
